Note regarding small sample analysis: Under present procedures, a standard-sized sample is 25-µmol CO2 (300µg carbon), and samples less than 10 µmol and as small as 2 µmol are processed automatically using small-sample techniques. Largely because special standards are required, an additional fee applies to samples smaller than 10 µmol. Samples smaller than 8 µmol are accepted but we encourage you to contact Dr. Ann P. McNichol to discuss your research goals prior to submission. See submission details in the table above for more size-specific information.
